Hi, everybody. Welcome to our English class. My name is melody. What's your name? Wow, it's lovely to meet you. Today we are going to learn into four pets. Pets. What are pets? Please take a guess. A pet is an animal that we have at home for pleasure, rather than when that is kept for food or work. Are they pets? Livestock are animals that people use only for food, war or work. Some examples are cows for their milk, oxygen to plough fields and a shape for war at meat. So livestock aren't yelling pets. Are they pets? Some white animals such as tigers and wolves are dangerous, and our small homes may harm them and make them unhappy. So white animals are not really pets. Well, people think of pets as members of the family. We keep them at home. We fit and care for them, and they bring joy to our lives.
